Reporting

Reporting

From this section, you can select to either run a tailoring assumptions report or a main checklist report.  You then need to select the client and the answer set you wish to run this for and select View Report.

When running the main checklist report, you will then be given the option to include help text, local notes, source references and why asked in your report by selecting the boxes. You can also filter the report using the filter option in the top left hand corner.  The report can be filtered to show the following:

All untailored

All applicable questions

Unanswered

Problem answers

Alert answers

Comments

Exceptions and comments (exceptions being the problem and alert answers)

From within the report view, you can select to go to the question which will open the answer set and allow you to amend the question,  You can also select to add comments to the report before exporting.  These comments will display but will not export unless you select comments to display.  If changes to the questions are made you will need to refresh the report.

This option can only be taken if you are assigned to the checklist, i.e. you have created it, claimed it or it is in review mode and you are the reviewer.

There is also the option to select Section stats and this will display the breakdown of the unanswered questions, warnings and alerts per checklist section.

Export a report

If you select the export icon report the report can be exported to word, pdf or csv by selecting from the drop down menu.  Documents will save to your downloads folder unless you have changed your browser settings to always ask you before saving.  Depending on your settings, pdfs will usually open first to allow you to then save the document where you want. The report will save with the name of the client, the date and the type of report.

If when running a main checklist report, you do not wish to include the tailoring assumptions as part of that report, you need to deselect the option to ‘Export tailoring assumptions’.

Print a report

If you select the export to pdf, the report can be printed.
